The heart of the circuit is a LM358 IC. LM358 is an operational amplifier IC; each IC contains two separate low power & high gain operational amplifiers. The circuit is using both the op amps of the IC. The desired temperature to activate the LED of each internal opamp can be selected with its 10K variable resistor. The operating voltage of the circuit is 5V to 12V DC.
