The heart of the circuit is a 556 dual timer IC. The sensitivity of the circuit can be adjusted with the 10K variable resistor.  You can also experiment with different value variable resistor like 100K, 500K or 1M to increase or decrease the sensitivity to your desired level.  The two points marked "Probes" are the sensor of the circuit, which should be placed inside the soil. For good long term performance use non rusting metals for the probes.

Plants require proper care and water regularly to grow, but some time we forget to give them water on time due to which they become weak or some time they die. The circuit shown here will solve that problem by providing beep beep sound from the buzzer and flashes an LED when there is not much water content in the soil.
Hello Readers, We frequently add new circuit diagrams, so do not forget to come back often. Thank you.
