The circuit is simple to build and using few common components. The three peizo sensors detects or senses the seismic waves that is amplified by the CA3140 operational amplifier IC, a 2N3904 transistor connected at the output of CA3140 IC triggers the 555 timer for a preset time period that depends on the 100uF capacitor. When the timer IC is triggered its output goes high and activate the UM66 alarm circuit. The project can be operated with any voltage from 9V to 12V DC.
