output 5V signal from arduino as an input.  The circuit can drive load of 5V to 100V with 19 ampere of current, other high current mosfets can also be used in the place of IRF9540 if more current is required. The IRF9540 mosfet will dissipate heat during operation therefore use a suitable heat sink with it.
